By using Sesli Tesbih ("the App"), you agree to the following terms.
By downloading and using the App, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.
The App accesses the device microphone for speech-based dhikr counting. Audio is processed on-device only and no recording is sent anywhere. You can revoke microphone permission at any time in device settings.
The app offers an optional Sesli Tesbih Premium subscription, which unlocks:
Plans and billing: Two plans are available, monthly and yearly. The current price is shown on the purchase screen in your local currency, and payment is charged to your Apple Account (or Google account) upon confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is taken within 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time. On iOS: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep premium access until then.
Refunds: Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refund requests are subject to that store's refund policy. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
Across devices: The subscription applies to devices signed in to the same store account. On a new device, use “Restore purchases” on the purchase screen.
Purchases made through Apple are also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Prayer times and verse content are provided for convenience and may not be accurate for every location. Always confirm with a local authority.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and its developer are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost data, missed prayer times, or device issues.
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
